How Do Vape Pens Work?

Vape pens are the most popular type of vape device with a long-standing presence in the steam industry.  Although vape pens had a slow start, early models often had bugs and lack of performance;  modern vape pens now have features and capabilities that surpass the needs of all types of vapers. The beauty of the vape pens is that they’re small but strong.  Unlike conventional e-cigs, the steam pens are usually rechargeable, have larger batteries, generate more steam, and have a more personalized experience.  Unlike box mods, they are small and cylindrical in shape, making them easy to carry and handle. Vape pens are a great transition to vaping for new vapers.  They ‘re not too overbearing, but they deliver enough steam for a satisfying experience.  For seasoned vapers who usually use box mods, the vape pens make excellent secondary devices;  On-the-go mods that can be comfortably carried around without the bulk and weight of the box set. How Do Vape Pens Work? While the vape pens have come a long way in the last few years, the basic structure has not changed much.  Even with advanced features and sophisticated technology, the overall design of a vape pen is fairly simple.  Vape pen systems are typically made up of three key components: Battery: The largest part of the vape pen is the battery that makes up the body of the unit.  Temperature and wattage operated systems include circuit boards capable of controlling the power output of the battery.  This offers consumers a variety of wattages, making them a more personal vaping experience. Batteries are normally installed  into the unit for steam pens. Atomizer: The atomizer is normally installed in the tank of the unit. The atomizer is a part that transforms the juice of the vape into vapor. There is a steam coil inside the atomizer, surrounded by a wicking substance.  Vape juice is drawn into the coil by means of a wicking substance, heated and converted into vapor. Normally, there are air holes at the top or bottom of the vape tank, which allow air to be drawn into the system.  Adjustable airflows allow users to adjust how much air will flow through. When closing the airflow, users can prevent any air from mixing with the vapor while opening it completely to cool down the vapor and make it airier.   Mouthpiece: This part makes steaming comfortable by giving you a tip where you can take the steam out of your mouth.  Many systems have a cylindrical mouthpiece that allows full vapor to escape through your mouth.  Some are indented in the middle to contour the shape of your mouth, creating a comfortable position for your mouth to rest when steaming.
